Fortunately the Elite had stomped down the path a while ago. I cleared out the area nearby (carefully avoiding the Warlocks that were doing some kind of ritual to a tower) and went up the right side as you face the Communicator. On each side you have a demon and a mechanical, each about level 68. Might have been easier before the Big Warrior Nerf of patch 2.3, but as it is, I couldn't get to the communicator without attracting at least one of the groups. There is a level 69 Elite demon who spawns right in the middle of the ramps up to the Communicator, and he got me while I was healing. For one thing, without a flying mount (and I'm glad you level 70s have 'em, it's beautiful and I endorse it) you do have to run up the path to the left (if you're travelling from Wildhammer) and that means attracting a lot of attention. I'll just say this.if the worst rogue in WoW history can finish this quest without any deaths then so can you.Ĭomment by AllakhazamThis level 67 Arms warrior had some serious trouble with it. i made it out of legion hold with around 500 health left. let's just say they were all very angry with me.

as luck would have it, everything was spawned as i ran down the hill. i hit sinister strike a few times then hit kidney punch then ran down the hill as quickly as i could. i waited for the communications thing to show complete.then i lagged! apparently cardboard deteriates very quickly in this zone, so my disguise wore off while i was unable to do anything. i finally found the communications thing, and got in the cardboard box the dwarves gave me to hide in (pure genius!). I took a breather for a second at this point, then i slowly made my way up the hill again in sneak. luckily, my vanish finally came up, so i hit that and found a safe spot. i hit evasion and downed a super health potion trying to escape the 68 elite. i paniced at this point, and blinded the normal mob hoping to god that the fel reaver didn't see me. by this time, i noticed the giant fel reaver thing closeby. while i sprinted another normal mob aggro'ed, so again i was stuck in battle with the lvl 68 elite coming after me also. normally, i would vanish but it was still in cooldown, so i gouged him (i suppose it worked, but i wasn't sticking around to find out) and sprinted to where it seemed clear to run. after that i started my way up the hill and right as i came over a blindspot i ran directly into this lvl 68 elite mob with a giant polearm that was patroling the area. i hit blade flurry and took them out with relative ease. in the middle of that battle a nearby mob joined in. i killed it just in time for another nearby mob to spawn and aggro. I started my way up through legion hold in sneak, and something spawned right behind me and aggro'ed.
